Alnbri Management Sells Hybrid Fund II to Woodward Alpha Management

Alnbri Management, LLC of Melville, New York has sold its highly successful hedge fund, Hybrid Fund II, LP to Woodward Alpha Management of Atlanta, Georgia. Theodore Bogard, a highly successful entrepreneur is the President of the new General Partner.

Hybrid Fund II, LP, launched in May 2008 had incredible success since its inception racketing up 99.60% net Returns in 2008, and 81.71% YTD in 2009. It had performed an astonishing 262.70% Compounded rate of return since inception. It is currently ranked in the top 5 of many third party databases of the top performing hedge funds in the world.

Vincent McCrudden, CEO of Alnbri Management, LLC and Portfolio Manager of the fund said, "I am delighted to be able to have the fund now managed by Woodward Alpha Management and someone with the knowledge and integrity of Mr. Bogard."

Mr. McCrudden has been a Wall Street veteran of over 20 years and has either executed or traded hundreds of billions of dollars of sophisticated financial transactions over the course of his career and in almost every major asset class. Prior to launching the fund, Mr. McCrudden averaged over 400% annual returns on his own trading accounts. Based on this success, Mr. McCrudden launched the Hybrid Fund II, LP so his friends, family and business associates could have access to his trading methodology.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed, but it is beleived Mr. McCrudden will still remain Portfolio Manager of the fund.
