Atticus Cutting Ties with Deutsche Boerse

It was announced that Atticus Capital has reduced its stake in the Deutsche Boerse from 9% to less than 3%. The activist fund had been involved in an extended activist struggle with the German stock exchange. Shares in the Borse jumped after the news hit the street.
