Avenue Capital Will Not Sell High-Yield Loan Group

| Hedge fund manager Avenue Capital Group is no longer looking to sell-off its High-Yield Loan Group. According to an article from Bloomberg, with the rebound in the market, the fund manager is now even exploring the possibility of acquiring high-yield loan funds from other managers. Avenue Capital Group was founded in 1995 by CEO Marc Lasry and his sister President Sonia Gardner. Prior to founding the firm, Lasry and Gardner founded Amroc Investments, a boutique broker of distressed bank debt and trade claims. | ||
