Bull and Bear Capital launches to serve Emerging Hedge Fund Managers

Bull and Bear Capital LLC opened its doors last month to provide outsourced investor relations and marketing services to emerging hedge fund managers. The mission of Bull and Bear Capital is to offer cost effective and customized services that empower their clients with superior investor servicing while easing the capital raising process.

The Chicago-based firm is led by President Justin B. Perun and is targeting managers across all strategies with assets between $50 and $200 million and an average track record of three years. The firm is also open to working with smaller single manager funds, as they can develop programs tailored to their needs.

Bull and Bear Capital’s broad array of services include:

Investor Relations:
o Developing and Maintaining a high-level of service for existing investors
o Research and Respond to all investor requests and questions

Investor Retention:
o Customized client reporting packages

Marketing:
o Develop and implement marketing and branding plans
o Develop and/or revise current marketing materials

Raising Capital:
o Develop and implement business development plans
o Prospect allocators to single manager funds
o Establish measurable sales criteria
