Bulldog's Goldstein Discusses Corporate Boards

| Phillip Goldstein, co-founder of activist hedge fund Bulldog Investors, discussed corporate boards at The Deal.com's M&A Outlook 2009 conference. Mr. Goldstein was highly critical of boards that are not prudent about the risks their companies take. At one point, he stated "Why is the board of AIG still there...They're virtually destroying the company...These boards have laws that protect they no matter how negligent they are."
