| Scott Henkin, a former portfolio manager at D.E. Shaw & Co., has joined forces with Gabriel Nechamkin, co-founder of now-defunct Satellite Asset Management, to form Ellis Lake Capital. The new event-driven and distressed fund, which will launch in April of this year, will be brokered by J.P. Morgan Chase and Deutsche Bank Group. | ||
