GLG recruits Driss Ben-Brahim from Goldman

Driss Ben-Brahim, former Goldman Sachs head of emerging markets trading is set to join the GLG Partners hedge fund. GLG Partners is London's second largest fund. He will develop the global macro business and the specialist vehicles for sovereign wealth funds. His arrival comes with the departure of Greg Coffey, GLG's former head of the emerging markets special situations fund. A portion of Mr. Coffey's funds will be handed over to Mr. Ben-Brahim.
