Goldman Trader Announces Launch of Cypress Lane Capital

| Former Goldman Sachs Group trader Shafiq Karmali has announced plans to launch a long/short Asian-focused hedge fund called Cypress Lane Capital. The firm will be based out of Hong Kong and is slated to open in August. Karmali left Goldman Sachs in 2008 where he was a star trader in Goldman Sachs Asia’s Principal Strategies Group. | ||
