| Lawrence M. Clark Jr. has left Philip Falcone’s Harbinger Capital Partners and plans to open his own event-driven focused hedge fund management firm. According to the Wall Street Journal, Clark joined Harbinger Capital Partners in 2002, made partner in 2005, and was one of its top executives. Clark directly reported to Mr. Falcone, Harbinger Capital’s founder and Senior Managing Director. | ||
