Harbinger’s Falcone Sued by Former Chief Investment Officer Kagan

The New York Post reports that Harbinger Capital Partners’ former Chief Investment Officer Howard Kagan is suing Harbinger’s founder Philip Falcone for not paying him $63 million that he is due as part of a separation agreement. Kagan who was a partner at Harbinger was let go by the firm in August of last year.
