Hedge Fund Job Report: Armajaro, EIM, Man Group, Perella Weinberg, Hermes, Moore Capital

|In this week’s hedge fund hiring report, we look at recent additions at a number of top firms. The featured hedge fund moves include senior appointments at Armajaro Asset Management, EIM SA, and Man Group, as well as significant investment team additions at Perella Weinberg Partners, Hermes Fund Managers, and Moore Capital Management.|
Commodity focused Armajaro Asset Management has named Harry Morley as its new CEO. Since 2008, Morley has been the group finance director of Armajaro Holdings. Mr. Morley replaces Richard Gower, who will retain the role of Chairman. Armajaro Asset Management and Grower made headlines this summer when it built up a billion dollar long position in the cocoa futures market.
Another hedge fund of fund group that has recently announced a change in leadership is Switzerland-based EIM SA. The firm has brought aboard Jan-Erik Frogg this month as President of its executive committee. Earlier this summer, Frogg stepped down from his position at Union Bancaire Privee (UBP), where he had headed up the company’s hedge fund advisory group. Earlier in his career, Frogg was with Agora Capital Management and Goldman Sachs.
