Ironfire’s Jackson thinks Ken Lewis’ Time is Running Out

| Eric Jackson of activist investment firm Ironfire Capital predicted on his blog that Chairman and CEO Ken Lewis’ time at Bank of America is nearing its end. At Wednesday’s annual shareholder meeting, BAC’s investors will vote on whether the longtime chief will get to retain his dual roles at the company. Mr. Jackson highlighted the fact that 3 influential proxy advisory firms (RiskMetrics, Glass Lewis and ProxyGovernance) as well as longtime BAC shareholder Jerry Finger support splitting the positions. | ||
