Kumar from TPG-Axon to Launch Hedge Fund

| Bloomberg reported yesterday that Hari Kumar who was a founding partner at Dinakar Singh’s TPG-Axon is launching his own hedge fund firm in Singapore on June 1, 2009. The new firm is named LionRock Capital Pte and will utilize a multi-strategy approach to invest in Asia-Pacific stocks. The fund has been seeded with $75 Million of its two partners own money. Outside investors will likely be brought in at a later date. | ||
