LionEye Capital receives capital commitment from JANA execs

| LionEye Capital Management has reportedly received a $20 million plus capital commitment from executives of JANA Partners. LioneEye Capital is an event-driven focused hedge fund manager that was founded by Ramius Capital veterans Stephen Raneri and Arthur Rosen. The firm works out of JANA Partners’ offices and reportedly returned 13% in 2010 and 19% in 2009. | ||
