MMI Pressures Unisys Corp

| MMI Investments, which holds a 9.9% stake in Unisys Corp, wants the company to sell off its US government contracting business. MMI is calling for the spin-off after the fall in stock price for the technology consulting firm. MMI wants Unisys to focus on their technology business in an attempt to increase the stock price. They feel that the government business is dragging the company down and have threatened that if something is not done, they will act at the next shareholder meeting. | ||
