Madoff Brothers Not Speaking to Dad
| June 3rd, 2009 | ||
| Mark and Andrew Madoff, the son’s of Bernie Madoff revealed in a Vanity Fair article this week that they have not spoken to their father since the night he unveiled his ponzi scheme to them in his upper eastside palatial apartment. Andrew is quoted in the article as calling Bernie’s actions “a father-son betrayal of biblical proportions.”
Both sons claim that they had no idea about the scheme until that infamous night in December. Whether or not the sons had been complicit in the ponzi scheme, its still a sham that they are likely to live the rest of their lives off of the millions that their Dad paid them. | ||
