P. Schoenfeld Launches European Event-Driven Fund
| P. Schoenfeld Asset Management (PSAM) launched the PSAM Europe hedge fund this month with approximately $100 million in assets. The European event-driven focused fund invests in M&A, special situations and credit opportunities. The fund will be managed by PSAM’s investment team in London, which is led by Managing Director Daniel Goldwater. Mr. Goldwater joined P. Schoenfeld in January 2005 from Goldman Sachs where he was a Managing Director in the firm's London equities division. Prior to Goldman, he worked alongside PSAM’s founder Peter Schoenfeld on the arbitrage desk of Schroder & Co. | ||
