Matthew Grossman’s Plural Investments LLC, a multi-strategy hedge fund manager that was launched in 2008, has bolstered its portfolio management team with the addition of Neil Meyer. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Meyer was a senior analyst at Bull Path Capital Management. Before founding Plural Investments, Mr. Grossman was previously the Chief Investment Officer of SAC Capital’s CR Intrinsic division. Plural Investments’ team also includes Marc Weinberger and Philip Gaucher, who were previously with Old Lane and Del Mar Asset Management, respectively.
Emmanuel Zareh has joined GCore Capital Management as a research analyst. Mr. Zoreh was previously an analyst at Andor Capital Management LLC. GCore Capital is a long/short equity hedge fund manager that was founded last year by Ian Goodman, another veteran of SAC Capital.
Finally, Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn, LLC (CRM) has hired Andrey Belov as a research analyst. Prior to joining CRM, Mr. Belov was a senior analyst at Bernstein Global Wealth Management.
