Ex-Citadel Investment Group senior managing director and trader Ervin Shindell is starting his own hedge fund, RoundKeep Capital Advisors. Co-founding the firm with Mr. Shindell are three other Citadel veterans Joseph Rotter, Robert Doherty, and Robert Donath.

According to the Wall Street Journal, RoundKeep Capital will pursue an event driven strategy, fueled by hopes on increased company consolidations over the next few years.
