| Reuters reports that Warren Lichtenstein’s conversion of Steel Partners II to a publically-listed partnership encountered a setback yesterday when a Delaware Court granted dissenting investors the ability to work as a group. The group of investors includes activist investor Carl Icahn, Michael Price, Archstone Partners, and the J. Paul Getty Trust. | ||
