Steel Partners settles lawsuit with Carl Icahn

| Warren Lichtenstein’ Steel Partners has settled its lawsuit with Carl Icahn’s ACF Master Trust and the Icahn Global Activist Fund. According to the Dow Jones Newswires, the lawsuit had attempted to prevent Lichtenstein from restructuring his Steel Partners II hedge fund into a publicly traded company. In 2009, Steel Partners’ conversion plan was approved by Cayman and Delaware courts. | ||
