TCI Abandoning Deutsche Boerse

| In press release yesterday, Deutsche Boerse AG announced that the Children's Investment Fund (TCI) had reduced its stake the company to just 0.96%. TCI and Atticus Capital had been engaged in a lengthy activist battle with Deutsche Boerse. Earlier this week, the hedge funds announced that their pact to work against Deutsche Boerse AG had ended. Atticus has also reduced its stake in the company from 9% to less than 3%. | ||
