Not surprisingly, the founders of both top funds built their reputations at some of the industry’s most renowned investment shops. Cullinan is a veteran of Stanley Druckenmiller’s Duquesne Capital Management, while Klabin and Silverman both previously worked at James Dinan’s York Capital Management. Both PointState and Senator Investment Group also received significant seed capital at launch.
