Peter Schoenfeld Looking for Hedge Fund Acquisitions

P. Schoenfeld Asset Management’s CEO Peter Schoenfeld said at the Reuters Private Equity and Hedge Funds Summit yesterday that he is currently in discussions to acquire three hedge fund managers. According to an article by FinAlternatives, no fund names were revealed, but the potential acquisitions manage from $200 to 400 million each.
